Taiwan's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell for the third straight month to 3.83 percent in August of 2020 from 3.90 percent in the prior month. It was the lowest jobless rate since March, as the economy gradually recovers from the pandemic blow. The number of unemployed persons decreased by 9 thousand to 458 thousand while employment dropped by 1 thousand to 11.494 million.
